BEHIND WINEMAKER
Working in wine world from 1981. Nothing have changed since, our target is always the impossible.
Wine producers want to maker the legenday wine, but is not always possible, we try our best and too many factors and complications can occour.
My job is reading the "terroir" not interpreting the territory. I leave this interpretation to final product that will be able to express the links bethween land, wine and emotions in mind of consumers.
It is difficult make great wines, but I have a must, always try to get what people call "the best", I simply believe it is only respect for the roots.
